Marc, an Industrial Engineer at UPC (Barcelona) and MBA graduate from MIT (Boston), was a pioneer Search Fund entrepreneur in Europe and investor from 2018. He remains closely engaged with the Search Fund community through collaborations at the business schools, conferences and mentorship. Marc sits in the board of several Search Funds backed companies.

Mireia holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania) and an MBA from IESE. Her career includes roles in the industrial manufacturing sector at companies such as Celsa, Mapex, and her current position at Schneider Electric, where she leads digital transformation initiatives for a broad client base. Her strong expertise in industrial processes brings substantial value to the team.

This senior engineer managed his family’s telecommunications test equipment business—established in 1963—for several years. Since 2018, he has invested in Search Funds alongside Marc, actively mentoring young entrepreneurs and serving on multiple boards within their investment portfolio.
